Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and developing strategies to acquire new customers. Daily tasks include managing customer relations, implementing customer service initiatives, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Strong Analytical Skills for understanding market trends and business opportunities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
