Sales Enablement Specialist

A Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for empowering sales teams with the right tools, resources, training, and content to improve sales performance and drive business growth. The role serves as a bridge between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales content such as presentations, case studies, white papers, sales guides, and product collateral.
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training, including the creation of e-learning modules and interactive tutorials for sales teams.
- Implement and support sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and content repositories; provide technical training and support for these tools.
- Analyze sales data, track enablement metrics (e.g., onboarding ramp time, training attendance), and refine strategies to optimize sales processe.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging, content, and sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain dynamic sales playbooks and maintain content accessibility for the sales organization.
- Support demand generation initiatives, contribute to campaign creation, and customize regional enablement programs as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹41,708.55 per month
