About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and smart MBA fresher to join our team as a Sales Enablement Executive. The candidate will support sales operations, customer interactions, data management, and market research. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in sales, marketing, or business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Reporting
- Collect and organize customer, market, and competitor data
- Maintain data sheets and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets
- Support the sales team with timely reports and insights
2. Customer Enquiry Handling
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chat, and social media
- Share product/service details professionally
- Maintain a positive customer experience
3. Social Media Support
- Manage company social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Post updates, respond to messages, and engage with followers
- Assist in basic content creation and campaign support
4. Customer Follow-Up
- Perform timely follow-ups with leads and prospects
- Maintain follow-up trackers and CRM records
- Assist the sales team in lead nurturing and conversions
5. Competitor & Market Analysis
- Research competitors and gather pricing/features information
- Prepare simple comparison reports
- Provide insights to improve sales strategies
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service
- Strong analytical and research skills
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and target-driven attitude
- Good time management and coordination
- Team player with a positive mindset
