We are expanding our team and are looking for skilled individuals to fill three critical roles in our operations and new sales/marketing division. If you have experience in logistics, inventory control, fleet management, or sales marketing, and critically, are proficient in HINDI communication, we want to hear from you

NOTE: Proficiency in HINDI is mandatory for all positions.

  1. Stock Management Specialist (High-Tech Inventory & Knowledge Systems)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Stock Management Specialist to oversee our inventory operations. This role is crucial for maintaining efficiency and accuracy within our high-tech and general stock areas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain accurate inventory for stock, supplies, and high-tech components.

* Implement and optimize inventory control procedures to minimize loss and ensure stock availability.

* Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical counts with the inventory management system.

* Work closely with procurement and operations teams to forecast needs and manage reorder points.

  1. Vehicle & Fleet Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Vehicle & Fleet Operations Coordinator to manage the daily logistics of our transport fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily vehicle handling and scheduling to support operational needs.

* Manage and track inventory for tools and tyres, ensuring proper maintenance and replacement.

* Administer and reconcile records for diesel and toll management, including expense tracking and optimization.

Ensure all vehicles are compliant with safety regulations and maintenance schedules.

* Sales Marketing Specialist (Payment Recovery or Market Sourcing)

We are looking for a highly motivated male or female Sales Marketing Specialist to focus on payment recovery and market sourcing. This role heavily relies on excellent HINDI tele-marketing and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform tele-marketing and direct communication for payment recovery & orders, utilizing strong HINDI language skills.

* Develop and execute strategies for market sourcing and lead generation.

* Maintain accurate records of all recovery and sourcing activities.

* Collaborate with the operations team to understand service offerings and market needs.
