About the Role:
The Admin & HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations and office administration. From hiring new talent to handling employee exit, the role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive workplace environment.
Main Duties:
- Handle the full recruitment process – job posting, screening, interviews, and final selection.
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as offers, appointment, confirmation, and relieving letters.
- Conduct induction, onboarding, and training programs for employees.
- Coordinate salary discussions and assist in payroll inputs.
- Support performance evaluation and employee appraisal activities.
- Implement HR policies and ensure legal and company compliance.
- Maintain healthy employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Oversee exit procedures including resignation, clearance, and exit interviews.
- Manage basic administrative tasks and office coordination.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and policies.
- Good time management and multitasking ability.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, HR systems).
Eligibility:
- Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
