UrbanDart is looking for a
driven and persuasive Inside Sales Specialist
to help scale our business. If you have a knack for sales, enjoy interacting with clients, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You will be responsible for
lead generation, engaging with potential clients, conducting demos, and closing deals
—playing a critical role in UrbanDart's growth.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Generation:
Identify, research, and qualify potential customers. - Client Outreach:
Proactively connect with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. - Demos & Pitches:
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations. - Sales Conversion:
Understand client needs, handle objections, and close deals. - Follow-ups & Relationship Building:
Maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business. - CRM & Reporting:
Track interactions, pipeline, and performance in sales tools.
What We Look For:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong ability to understand client needs and pitch solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in inside sales or SaaS sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Suite, and MS Office.
