Dear Candidate,
We seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end hiring for specialized Cybersecurity roles, supporting our mission of strengthening Indias digital security ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities for cybersecurity mandates.
- Source top talent through advanced techniques direct outreach, databases, portals, social media & professional networks.
- Screen resumes, assess technical & behavioral fit, and coordinate technical interviews/assessments.
- Manage candidate pipelines on ATS and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Handle offers, negotiations, and onboarding with focus on compliance and TAT-driven performance.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity hiring trends, talent pools & industry movements.
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on recruitment experience, with a focus on cybersecurity hiring.
- Proven track record of filling niche technical roles in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
- Strong organizational, communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and knowledge of cybersecurity certifications/skill requirements.
