Role:  Talent Acquistion Assistant

Location:  Hybrid

About the role: 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquistion Assistant to oversee and manage our Talent Operations initiatives. This role will play a critical part in shaping our recruitment processes, systems, and strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement of talent acquisition operations.  

What you will be doing:

Assist with the development and implementation of talent operations strategies to support business objectives.  Lead and contribute to various talent acquisition projects from conception to execution, managing timelines and resources effectively.  Collaborate with regional talent teams and the People Systems team to optimize recruitment workflows and technology resources.  Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within talent operations.  Leverage technology and analytics to drive efficiencies and enhance the candidate experience.  Collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and build solutions.  Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.  

What you need to be great in this role:
