Role Description

The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition role at Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding talented individuals for various roles in the organization. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, build pipelines of potential candidates, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, the role will entail monitoring recruitment metrics, coordinating with external recruitment agencies, and staying updated on hiring trends in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in talent acquisition, sourcing, and candidate screening techniques
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategies, managing onboarding processes, and collaborating with hiring managers
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of employment laws, industry trends, and best practices in hiring
  • Experience in the hospitality or foodservice industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
