Roles and Responsibilities: -

As an it Sales representative in the IT sector, you play a crucial role in driving revenue and fostering client relationships. This position is instrumental in expanding the companys market reach, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibility on his own for the entire Region/State

Product & solution selling: -

Present , explain and demonstrate IT products or services effectively Match customer needs with the right technology solutions Prepare proposals and quotations.

Market and competitor research: -

Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

Share insights with the team for strategy improvement.

Coordination with technical teams: -

Work closely with technical teams (e.g., pre-sales engineers, delivery teams) to ensure smooth handover and implementation Arrange product demos or proof-of-concept trials.

Post-sales support: -

Follow up on deliveries, support issues, and renewals. Maintain long-term client satisfaction for repeat business.

Participation in marketing activities: -

Attend trade shows, webinars, and promotional events. Contribute feedback for marketing campaigns.
