We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage a team of sales executives, and develop strategies to expand market share in the highly competitive FMCG sector.

Role & responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives and distributors within the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Plan and coordinate sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Manage budgets, forecast sales, and optimize resource allocation for maximum productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
