Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage a team of sales executives, and develop strategies to expand market share in the highly competitive FMCG sector.
Role & responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives and distributors within the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Plan and coordinate sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage budgets, forecast sales, and optimize resource allocation for maximum productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
