Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Jaipur. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and managing sales teams to achieve sales targets. The day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will provide training and support to the sales staff, monitor sales performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Business Development
  • Strong understanding of Market Research, Customer Relationship Management, and Client Engagement
  • Excellent skills in Sales Strategy Development, Target Achievement, and Performance Monitoring
  • Effective Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the financial services or NBFC sector is a plus
