Business Development Associate (Edutech) – Syvaxia SAP Academy | Bangalore

Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Experience: 0 – 2 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads (calls, WhatsApp, and email) and explain Syvaxia's SAP course offerings.
  • Counsel students and professionals to choose the right SAP module for their career goals.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert them into enrollments.
  • Maintain a database of leads and track daily follow-ups in CRM.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversions.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

 
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and presentation ability.
  • Passion for education, sales, and helping learners succeed.
  • Freshers are welcome (training will be provided).
