Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate at PRIMEST Business Solutions LLP, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Senior Associate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and modeling, preparing detailed reports, supporting client engagements, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to strategic planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, and participating in the business development process.

Qualifications

  • Financial analysis, financial modeling, and valuation skills
  • Experience in capital raising, project finance, private equity, and growth capital
  • Strong report preparation, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Client engagement and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and strategic planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus
  • Experience in the corporate finance industry is beneficial
