Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - HoReCa located in Bengaluru and Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients within the HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) sector, maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing and implementing business strategies, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets.
Day-to-day tasks include negotiating contracts, arranging sampling, liaison with distributor, attending industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to support client needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management within the HoReCa sector
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing market trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
