Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meeting rooms for scheduled appointments, including seating arrangements, presentation setup, and required documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage management calendars, meetings, and appointments to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure optimal time utilization.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, send calendar invites, and follow up with participants for confirmations.
  • Accurately record, prepare, and distribute Minutes of Meetings (MoM) to relevant stakeholders within defined timelines.
  • Act as a central point of coordination and communication for management across departments and teams.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders on behalf of management as required.
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support, including documentation, filing, data management, and record maintenance.
  • Track action points from meetings and follow up to ensure timely closure and reporting.
  • Assist management with reports, presentations, and correspondence as and when required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support daily operational tasks and execute any additional work or responsibilities assigned by management on a day-to-day basis.
