Job Summary:
MYCPE ONE is currently hiring for a Personal Assistant position based in Ahmedabad. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to provide administrative and personal support to the executive/team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, assist with time management and scheduling, and help drive efficiency across various organizational functions.
Job Details:
- Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Discretion, reliability, and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items
- Perform personal errands and tasks as needed
