Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires regular reporting, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with team members to strategize and execute sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Skills in Market Research, Negotiation, and Closing Sales
  • Proficiency in Reporting and achieving Sales Targets
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
