Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and field executives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Drive lead generation and client acquisition in the NBFC and home loan segment.
  • Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with internal departments.
  • Track market developments, competitor activities, and suggest growth strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 to10 years of sales experience in NBFC, housing finance, or banking sector.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market.
