Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving regional sales efforts, developing and maintaining client relationships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. Daily activities include identifying new business opportunities, managing a sales team, providing sales reports and insights to senior management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities to oversee and guide the sales team
- Proficiency in customer relationship management with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, create effective sales strategies, and implement them
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and adaptability to dynamic business environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
