Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the assigned area, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role includes managing a team of sales representatives, monitoring market trends, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will also be involved in training and coaching the sales team to enhance their performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and territory management
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
