Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Gurugram. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and coordinating with the marketing team. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will be expected to train and support the sales team, monitor market trends, and provide feedback to improve product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing skills: experience in sales strategy development, market research, and sales target achievement
  • Communication and Relationship Management skills: excellent verbal and written communication, client relationship management, and team coordination abilities
  • Analytical skills: ability to analyze market trends, gather market intelligence, and provide strategic feedback
  • Leadership skills: experience in training and supporting sales teams, and providing strategic direction
  • Relevant industry experience: knowledge of medical consumables and laboratory products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
