Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in DELHI, HARYANA, RAJSTHAN, MADHYA PARDESH, BENGALURU. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing and motivating the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met. The role includes regular market visits, developing customer relationships, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for regular reporting and coordinating with the senior management team to strategize and implement effective sales plans.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Territory Management, and Team Leadership
  • Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in developing sales strategies and market analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
