Birnan & Brond is a creative powerhouse blending branding, advertising, and digital engineering to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns. We're looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our growth by connecting us with the right clients.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research potential clients in target markets
- Use LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and lead-gen tools to build a strong prospect list
- Craft and execute cold outreach via email, calls, and social channels
- Qualify leads based on budget, decision-making authority, and project fit
- Collaborate with sales & marketing to create targeted campaigns
- Maintain accurate lead data and track pipeline progress
- Monitor KPIs and optimize lead generation strategies
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in lead generation, business development, or inside sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
