Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong research abilities, and a proven record of building quality leads through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.

  • Generate qualified leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

  • Maintain and update lead database with accurate information.

  • Work closely with the sales/marketing team to hand over qualified leads.

  • Track, measure, and report on lead generation efforts.

  • Meet weekly/monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or business development.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and email automation platforms (preferred).

  • Ability to work independently (for freelance) or in a team (for in-office).

  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and growth.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the education/training sector (added advantage).

  • Knowledge of digital marketing.

Work Type: Freelance / In-office (Flexible based on availability)

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
