Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting research to identify potential leads within the IT and technology services industry
  • Learn to use and support outreach through tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other platforms
  • Support the development and execution of targeted lead generation strategies
  • Help in qualifying leads based on company-defined criteria
  • Draft and send introductory outreach emails under supervision
  • Update and maintain lead data in the company's CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing
  • Contribute to creating targeted lead lists and segmentation strategies
  • Track basic metrics related to lead generation activities
  • Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve processes

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development concepts

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Good research and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Basic communication and writing skills, especially in email writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
