Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy and completeness. Handle post -sales customer engagement including documentation, coordination, and regular follow -ups. Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding queries, concerns, and updates. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of processes.Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to improve client satisfaction. Track and follow up on payments, agreements, and other post -booking formalities. Assist in organizing customer meets, handovers, and other client engagement events. Prepare and share customer status reports with the management team. Utilize CRM tools to analyse trends and generate actionable insights for improving customer experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related fields is a plus.1 -3 years of experience in customer service or CRM role, preferably in real estate or a service -oriented industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Excellent problem -solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.Customer -centric mind -set with a positive attitude.
