About the Role:
KG CRM Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for freshers or recent graduates who want to build their career in IT sales and client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and online platforms
- Present company services and solutions confidently
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Follow up on leads and support the sales team in achieving targets
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools preferred)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
