Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Executives with a strong background in Upwork-based business development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating leads, managing client communication, and closing deals through Upwork and other online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Draft compelling proposals and handle client communications effectively.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain sales reports and meet monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development (Upwork experience is mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and digital marketing domains.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve set goals.
