We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in developing and executing CRM campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data and create insightful reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Monitor CRM performance metrics and recommend improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of customer data and segmentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
