**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to generate insights and drive targeted marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align CRM efforts.
- Track and report on key CRM metrics (open rates, conversion, retention, etc.).
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to enhance the customer journey.
- Maintain compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, if applicable).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle, and retention strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
- Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
