**CRM Executive Responsibilities-**:

- Generate leads and conduct outbound calls to hospital management teams.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, analyze sales data, and optimize sales strategies.
- To coordinate with Sales and Marketing Team for any Support Required.
- Develop and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations to showcase services.
- Use Excel to track sales performance, create reports, and analyse data.
- Perform strong follow-ups to ensure timely closures and build long-term relationships.
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
- Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organisation and its customers.

**CRM Executive Requirement**:

- 1-2 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing, preferably in healthcare or B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software or any Sales Software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in Hindi & English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and Excellent communication skills as you must speak with clients, employees, and customers
- Work From Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
