We are seeking a polished, articulate, and customer-focused CRM Executive to be the bridge between our brand and our valued clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, and premium customers.
- Understand client needs and provide accurate product/service information.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and updated client data in the CRM system.
- Organize and follow up on client meetings, presentations, and events.
- Prepare regular reports on client engagement and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent spoken and written English skills (mandatory).
- Confident, professional, and pleasant communication style.
- Previous experience in dealing with high-end clients, preferably in interiors, architecture, luxury goods, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
