**Job Title**: CRM Sales Specialist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- Develop and execute CRM-based sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify potential leads using customer data and insights from the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize pipeline management and close deals.
- Monitor customer interactions and provide personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Generate and analyze reports from the CRM to track sales performance and identify trends.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on effective CRM utilization.
- Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales strategies and client engagement initiatives.
- Proactively identify areas for CRM system improvements and coordinate with technical teams to implement updates.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or CRM management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and customer lifecycle management.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce Administrator).
- Experience in implementing or managing CRM systems.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and techniques.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based or remote, depending on company policy.
- Frequent interaction with clients, sales teams, and cross-functional departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
