**Job Overview**:
As a **HubSpot CRM Implementation Expert**, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, needs, and goals. You will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and customizing HubSpot CRM to align with those needs. You will ensure smooth CRM deployment and adoption while providing hands-on guidance and support throughout the process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of HubSpot CRM, including setup, configuration, data migration, and customization.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and tailor CRM solutions accordingly.
- Configure workflows, custom fields, and reports in HubSpot CRM based on client specifications.
- Provide hands-on training and support for clients to ensure successful adoption and effective use of HubSpot CRM.
- Manage the migration of client data into HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot CRM.
- Assist in creating best practices for CRM usage, and continuously optimize CRM systems to improve productivity and results.
- Stay up-to-date with HubSpot’s product offerings and updates, ensuring the company and its clients benefit from new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless CRM implementation.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in HubSpot CRM implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM tools, including workflows, reporting, properties, integrations, and more.
- Understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.
- Experience with integrating HubSpot CRM with other third-party software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various teams and clients.
- Experience with data migration, ensuring data integrity and security during the process.
- HubSpot certifications (HubSpot Solutions Partner, HubSpot CRM Implementation, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience in training and supporting end users for CRM adoption.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- HubSpot CRM Solutions Partner certification.
- Experience with API integrations and custom app development on the HubSpot platform.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and sales enablement strategies.
- Previous experience in an IT consultancy or services firm is a plus.
