Webguruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a HubSpot CRM Implementation Expert with 2+

years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing HubSpot solutions. The ideal

candidate will lead end-to-end CRM implementation, covering the Marketing, Sales, Service,

and Operations Hubs for international clients.

�� Key Responsibilities

 Lead complete setup and implementation of HubSpot CRM for global clients.

 Configure and customize Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.

 Design and deploy automations, workflows, pipelines, dashboards, and reports.

 Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms (Salesforce, Shopify, Zapier, etc.).

 Develop and manage email campaigns, lead scoring models, and nurture sequences.

 Perform data migration, deduplication, and CRM optimization ensuring data integrity.

 Conduct client training sessions, create documentation, and support user adoption.

 Stay updated on HubSpot product releases and implement best practices.

 Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align HubSpot setup with business

objectives.

�� Required Skills & Competencies

�� HubSpot Expertise:

 Hands-on experience with Marketing, Sales, Service & Operations Hubs.

 Custom workflows, automations, sequences & list segmentation.

 Dashboard and report building.

 Data import/export and deduplication.

 HubSpot Integrations via Zapier, APIs, and native connectors.

�� Technical Knowledge:

 Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for templates and forms.

 Familiarity with APIs/Webhooks for integrations.

 CRM data management and analytics.

�� Professional Attributes:

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 Client-facing experience with international projects preferred.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 Attention to detail with process-oriented thinking.

�� Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

 2–5 years of experience in HubSpot CRM Implementation or Administration.

 HubSpot Certifications preferred (or ability to earn during onboarding):

 - HubSpot CRM Implementation

 - Inbound Marketing / Sales Software
