We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Jr. Sous - Garde Manager to join our team at MARRIOTT BONVOY in the Hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.
- Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
- Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain inventory and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal resource utilization.
- Implement health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative and creative cuisine.
