**Key Result Areas**
1. To supervise, maintain and control the **daily operation of the food** in institutional catering.
2. Manage all production activities and to ensure that products meet **required standards in quantity and quality**as specified by company specifications and expectations.
3. To work in conjunction with the Executive Chef Production and to take charge of production/team during his absence.
4. Assist with project development for the Food Production Process
5. Analysis of performance information, **identify issues and solutions** and report on progress as required (daily, weekly, and monthly).
6. Create quality standard and check quantity of food produced by **Food Production Process**.
7. Oversees internal quality assurance checks versus approved specification/recipes and immediately makes changes where necessary.
8. Actively involved in kitchen during **menu cycle change/bulk cooking start-ups.**
9. Control stock levels and monitor daily order, forward requisitions to respective department, sections and store supply.
10. Acts as main point of contact for customers in terms of food production.Deal with **customer complaints** and takes appropriate action.
11. Demonstrate culinary skills, **train junior staff** in order to improve, develop products and methods to maximise their contribution to the department’s performance.
12. Ensure full understanding and follow legislative requirements in line with **food Safety, Health and Safety, Security and Environment controls**.
**1.** 3-5 years’ experience as a Jr. Sous Chef.
**2.** Experience in managing large teams within the food industries
**Education, Skills & Attitudes**
**1.** Hotel Management with 3-5 years’ of experience.
**2.** Creating and maintaining client relationships.
**3.** Self-motivated yet customer-focused.
**4.** Good verbal & written communication skills.
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
