**About the Role**

We are hiring an experienced and motivated **Junior Sous Chef** to be a key part of the culinary leadership team at the flagship restaurant of one of India's most acclaimed celebrity chefs. This is a premium opportunity for a chef passionate about India’s rich **royal culinary traditions**, bringing timeless flavors and techniques into a refined, modern dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
- Supervise and support CDPs and Commis in executing dishes inspired by India’s royal kitchens.
- Maintain consistency, authenticity, and creativity in all dishes, aligned with the brand’s culinary vision.
- Contribute to menu planning and R&D, especially in the royal Indian cuisine segments.
- Manage kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and inventory control.
- Ensure smooth operations during service and support staff training and development.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of professional kitchen experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership or Jr. Sous Chef role.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with **royal Indian cuisines** (Mughlai, Awadhi, Hyderabadi, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead a team in a high-pressure, fine-dining environment.
- Strong sense of taste, presentation, and attention to detail.
- Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
