**Key Responsibilities**
- **Food Preparation and Cooking**:
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, and regional specialties.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
- Assist in planning and developing new Indian cuisine recipes for menus or specials.
- **Kitchen Operations**:
- Support the Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Monitor food preparation areas to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
- Oversee stock levels, including spices, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quality Indian ingredients and manage inventory.
- **Team Supervision**:
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on Indian culinary techniques.
- Ensure team members follow recipes and portion standards.
- Supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Sous Chef.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines (HACCP or equivalent).
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas and ensure compliance with restaurant standards.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:
- Actively seek customer feedback to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with service staff to address customer preferences and special requests.

- Expertise in Indian cuisine, including traditional and modern cooking methods.
- Knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and regional variations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in managing inventory and kitchen costs.
- Attention to detail and creativity in presentation.
**Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent training.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on Indian cuisine.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen management systems and inventory control.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
