To meet the quota or assigned targets and give the best experience to customers while nurturing them to be enterprise class base for UiPath
This Is What You'll Do At UiPath
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within various government entities and agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders and mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow UiPath's key relationships.
- Work with various stakeholders in the Public Sector ecosystem to understand the needs and challenges of prospects and clients in the Public Sector.
- Develop strong relationships with Regulatory Bodies, industry influencers, customers, and partners to enhance UiPath's market position
- Understand customer's business to be able to explore automation opportunities
- Understand product and competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.
- Develop and execute account strategy and road maps for a long-term relationship
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with government regulations and procurement processes.
- Build and Manage pipeline and forecast sales to consistently achieve revenue targets and company goals
- Interface with Technical sales support team and Customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve quarterly quotas.
- Drive a culture of sales excellence through consistent implementation of sales processes and performance metrics
This Is What You'll Bring To The Team
- Minimum 10-15 years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solution sales industry with established track record of consultative and challenger sales
- Previous experience of selling to customers in Public Sector organizations and Government entities, with in-depth understanding of the various functional and business processes.
- Stakeholder Mapping and relationship Management at C-level with proven track record of formulating and executing long-term account strategies with customers and prospects.
- In-depth technical understanding of automation and digital transformation
- Experience in account planning, territory planning, multi-product selling strategy etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good collaborative, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Application selling background like ERP/CRM, Automation solutions will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team.
- Energetic and highly motivated personality
