Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Help maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve processes.

Collaborate with the HR team on employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

Conduct market research to identify best practices in retail talent acquisition and HR strategies.

Assist in administrative tasks, including preparing reports and maintaining employee records. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the recruitment and HR processes.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Genuine interest in talent acquisition, HR practices, and the retail industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. What Youll Gain:
