HR recruiter Internship

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The role is based in Guwahati, Assam. The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with full-life cycle recruiting, support the hiring process, help develop employer branding initiatives, participate in interviewing candidates, and support the overall recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Create recruitment plans: Design strategies to find candidates for job openings
• Source candidates: Use job sites, social media, career fairs, and other methods to find potential candidates
• Screen resumes: Review applications to determine which candidates to interview
• Interview applicants: Ask questions to evaluate candidates for the job
• Negotiate job offers: Discuss compensation and benefits with candidates
• Track hiring metrics: Maintain records of the rec

Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments via phone or email.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities.

• Support HBR's social media branding initiatives by engaging with potential candidates online.

• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on different platforms.

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.

• Help with documentation and onboarding processes for selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
