Job Title: Associate Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic
Associate Recruiter
to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in recruitment or HR. You will support the team in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and screening applications
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Learn sourcing techniques, ATS usage, and recruitment best practices
  • Maintain candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Support the team in meeting hiring goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR (internships count)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in talent acquisition
