Senior Manager/Manager – Admissions
to lead our student recruitment process. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in admissions management, an in-depth understanding of
Merrito
systems, and a proven ability to work in a
No Paper Format (NPF)
environment. The role demands a process-oriented mindset with the capability to efficiently convert both hot and cold leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage and nurture hot and cold leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Utilize data-driven insights from Merrito to track, evaluate, and improve lead engagement.
  • Implement and oversee a fully digital, No Paper Format (NPF) admissions process.
  • Train, guide, and supervise the admissions team to meet targets.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with admissions goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 – 8 years of relevant experience in admissions or student recruitment.
  • Prior experience working in an NPF environment and handling CRM-based admissions.
