Department : Sales & Distribution

Key Deliverables:

  1. He should have well versed knowledge of transportation and logistics in

cement industry.

  1. He should have knowledge of vendor development and management.

  2. He should have good knowledge of North East Geographical to manage and

control the logistics activities.

  1. He should have good communication skill.

  2. He should have good presentation skill so that he can present his data to

senior management.

  1. He should have analytical skill to analyze data for Logistics cost control.

  2. He should have good correspondence skill to deal with related sales and

accounts as well as with dealer and vendors.

  1. He should be good in liaison with Vendors / govt authority whenever

required.

  1. He should be good in building team and dealing with concerned department.

  2. He should have leading capacity to lead the team for better result.

  3. He should have manpower planning and better utilization skill.

  4. He should have better MIS designing and presentation skills.

  5. He should have better negotiation skills with vendors.

  6. He should have capabilities to identify key issues for better result.

  7. He should have knowledge of people management.

• Must have material movement knowledge and excellent

communication with transporters & Vendors.
