Support talent acquisition efforts by posting jobs, assisting with the screening, interviewing, reference check, background check, and Drafting offer letters
- Write Job Descriptions and prepare staffing documentation for recruiting efforts.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees and complete the required processes, and documentation for the new employees, Interns
- Maintain Recruitment Database, documents, and records
- Other Administrative duties

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guwahati, Kamrup Metropolitan - 781035, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
