Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the United States who require graphic design services. Use various lead generation methods, including market research, cold calling, and email campaigns, to establish initial contact.
2. Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, both verbally and in writing, demonstrating exceptional English language skills. Understand client needs, answer queries, and provide relevant information about our services.
3. Sales and Pitching: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value and quality of our graphic design services. Tailor proposals to meet specific client requirements.
4. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships. Maintain consistent follow-ups and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences. Use this information to identify opportunities for service improvement and business expansion.
6. Lead Management: Maintain a well-organized database of leads, contacts, and client interactions. Continuously update and track progress to ensure efficient follow-up and lead conversion.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the graphic design team and other departments to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
8. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and use this information to make necessary improvements to our services and processes.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
2. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
4. Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
5. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
6. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
