Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, and driving revenue growth. Key duties include managing customer accounts, forming and nurturing client relationships, leading the sales team, setting targets, and ensuring goals are met. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
  • Strong Team Management and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and market trends
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building client relationships
  • Experience in the packaging industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and adapt to dynamic business environments
