Job Description:
We are hiring a Global Service Desk Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in IT support. The role involves handling L1/L2 tickets, remote troubleshooting, and escalation management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for IT incidents and requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
- Log, track, and resolve tickets within SLA.
- Escalate to L2/L3 teams when required.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in IT/Computer Science.
- 1–2 years of IT support/service desk experience.
- Strong communication skills, ITIL knowledge preferred.
Salary: 3.6 LPA
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹149, ₹367,477.33 per year
